Public sector sells through partners, so most of my job is making sure the picture everyone works from is right: who owns which territory, who gets credit for what, and what the numbers say at quarter end. A lot of that used to be put together by hand, and I've built the things that now do it on their own: the monthly reporting leadership reads, the dashboards the wider company checks, the wiki and content the 2026 planning cycle sits on, and AI workflows that apply the quota and comp rules the same way every time, so work that took hours takes minutes. The rest is research, tracing a 62% jump in someone's target back to a territory quietly dissolved in another org, or writing up a pile of accounts nobody owned into a playbook the team still uses.
Built an enablement site framework, then a site for every plan the field was on, plus the Sales Incentives Payout Estimator, where sellers project their own earnings. Gave the MBO QuickSight dashboards their own design language, so a seller selects their way to a number instead of hunting for it, and ran that program solo: design, comms, goals, attainment. Drove the annual Sales Incentive Plan Design review across Sales, Finance, HR and Corporate Comp, and designed the variable-comp plans for account managers, enterprise and vertical AEs, field sales and ad-tech partners.
